When Florida became a state in March 1845

Information letters will be sent home during the first week of August to all HCS students (and HCS families) attending this fall. 

Back to School Night is scheduled for Friday, August 13th -- from 5 pm to 7:30 pm (drop in for students and families).

 The 1st day of school will be on Monday, August 16th (half-day for grades K5-12th -- full day for pre-school).  The first full day of school for all HCS students will be on Tuesday, August 17th.

There will be a few changes (hopefully exciting ones!) for the 10-11 school year -- and we will be getting that information into your hands ASAP via snail mail, and posted on a link to the left very soon!

Please check the HCS website (and calendar) daily as we continue to get ready for the 2010-2011 school year!

Re-enrollment for the 2010-2011 school year continues!   ALL NEW FORMS for 2010-2011 are posted at the links to the right -- you can print and fill out from home (of course we would love to help in person too!).  

We currently have (4/5) of our campus spots filled for next year!  Check daily as we continue to grow!

We definitely hope and pray that you see the value of partnering with HCS in Christian Education.   

Consider these statistics:

85% of adult Christians accepted Christ between ages 4 to 14;

25-30% of a child's week is spent in school activities, approximately 16,000 hours by the end of the 12th grade;

90% of all children attend a secular school which by law cannot teach about God and His Word.
